Graham Beck Wines produces around 400 000 cases of wine per year across their 400ha of vineyards, located in Stellenbosch.

Estate Information
  • Robertson Reserve- The limestone based soil in these vineyards naturally lend these grapes a high acidity
  • Stellenbosch Vineyards- These granite based soil vineyards are found no further than 2km from the sea on the gentle slopes of the False Bay Rim.

Wine Information
Blanc de Blancs (Cap Classique)
  • Cepage : Chardonnay
  • Barrel: Cuvee juice fermented in Piece Champenoise barrels, otherwise fermented in stainless steel barrels. The two are later blended.
  • Maturation: aged in barrel for 7 months
Ad Honorem
  • Cepage: Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz
  • Barrel: New oak
  • Maturation: aged in barrel for 27 months
Coffeestone Cabernet
  • Cepage: Cabernet Sauvignon
  • Barrel: new french oak
  • Maturation: aged in barrel for 18 months
