Selling my wine from professional storage
If your wine is in professional storage, you simply need to upload details of your stored wines into your account, including rotation numbers if available.
Uploading your wines
Once your stored wine is uploaded into virtual wine cellars within your online account, you can offer the wine for sale.
Doing this is simple. See Managing wines for how to create virtual cellars and add wine.
Eligibility
Wine offered for sale can be In Bond (IB) or Duty Paid (DP).
Passport
You have the option to include information about the condition and location of your wine.
When selling wine valued at £1,000 or more per case we require you to have it inspected. Either you can procure a inspection report from your current storage provider, or we can organise that for you at cost when you transfer your wine to us after a transaction has taken place, in which case we will charge you £10.50 per report.
If you choose to transfer your wines that you wish to offer for sale to a Wine Owners’ storage account before a transaction, inspections are undertaken by us free of charge and the first 3 months’ storage will also be free of charge as long as your offer price is competitive with other current best market prices. Call us for further details.

You can select the price at which you want to sell your wine.
