From a two-hectare parcel that runs from the bottom to the top of the slope, the 2017 Chablis Grand Cru Blanchots is also showing well, revealing attractive aromas of white flowers, green apple and marzipan. On the palate, it's full-bodied, ample and satiny, with a racy spine of acidity and a precise, saline finish.
