Profile
Luigi Scavino is the cousin of Enrico Scavino. His Nebbiolo holdings are spread out over the Castiglione Falletto and Serralunga regions and his top wines are Bricco Fiasco and San Rocco. He produces a Dolcetto planted at 500 metres above sea level on a south facing slope and also an oak-aged Barbera. Fermenting vats are stainless steel and new oak is used for the top wines.
