Neudorf grow the majority of their vines across two vineyards, found in the Moutere Hills and Brightwater. In both vineyards there are around 5000 plants per hectare.

Moutere Hills Vineyard
  • Altitude: 25-110m
  • Soil: gravel, overlain with glacial deposits, with a sandy topsoil
  • Crops: include Chardonnay and Pinot Noir
Brightwater Vineyard
  • Soil: Stony
  • Crops: Mainly aromatics, ie Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc
